Product Description

TE XHA’s Cage Equipment for Broilers Growing Provides:

1. Optimal conditions for poultry growing
Birds do not contact with litter while being in the cage. It is profoundly favorable condition,
because litter is a nutrient medium for viruses. Manure falls on the manure evacuation belt
through the floor mesh, that is why there is no possibility of birds contamination
Drinking bowls with augmented throughput are installed in the TEXHA’s Cage for Broilers
Growing. It helps the birds to get the necessary amount of water. The microcups prevent
poultry dehydration
The lines of drinking and feeding systems may be regulated by height, what allows the
birds easily get feed and water taking into consideration their age
The amount of feed in the feeders may be regulated considering the growing of broilers
Meshy partition in the cage contributes into favorable climate in the poultry house

2. Exploitation period
TEXHA’s cage equipment is made of high-quality steel covered with 1 class zinc
The amplified bearing uprights are used in the structure
The necessary firmness reserve has been provided in the structure
The steel file-hard sprockets and motor-reducers, which do not need the maintenance, are
used in the drives
The galvanized fastening items have retaining washers

3. Low exploitation expenses
The density of birds placing enables significant expenses reducing
for keeping the necessary temperature comparing to floor method of
broilers growing
The maintenance system is created during the guarantee time. The
maintenance does not need help of third organizations
TEXHA provides all equipment with spares
The other advantages of TEXHA’s Cage Equipment for Broilers Growing
comparing to floor method of birds raising are:
- Reducing of veterinary medications
- Higher indexes of growth
- Smaller growth time
- Better feed conversion
- Increasing of poultry grown on the 1 sq m of floor area
- Labor reducing while poultry move-out

Mechanized Poultry Move-Out System TEXHA’s poultry move-out system includes:

1. Polypropylene belt.
2. Lift with rod transporter.
3. Roll-table.
It is necessary to do the following things
before poultry move-out:
- Stop feed distribution **8 hours before the move-out.
It will help to clean crops and muscular stomachs of
birds
- Clean the manure belt
- Put the lift on the upper tier
- Turn off the manure belts on the other tiers
- Turn off the light in the poultry house
or use the violet light
The cage floor consists of two sliding parts. They are moved
apart, and broilers get on the manure removing belt. Then
poultry is moved onto the diametrical transporter which is
installed on the lift. By means of the diametrical transporter
birds are moved outside the poultry house. The roll-table is
installed at the end of transporter and has boxes on it. The
birds get into the boxes and are sent to slaughter.

Drinking System
The water supply in TEXHA’s equipment is simple, reliable, and effective in exploitation. It is used for providing the birds with water
and medications.
The system includes:
1. The water preparation system;
2. The system of water distribution;
3. The drinking lines with nipples.
The water preparation system is used for mechanical water cleaning by means of filters; for defining the quantity of water
consumption through water meter; for preparing, dosing and delivering of solution; for pressure control.
The water counter enables to control the water consumption and helps to estimate the poultry condition.
The water preparation system includes medicator for putting the normal amount of medications into water.
The system of water distribution with automatic pressure control enables running of medication solution through pipes, automatic
control and maintaining of water pressure in pipes.
The water pressure in the drinking lines is controlled by means of pressure controllers or tanks.
TEXHA’s water supply system enables water distribution directly into cages. 6 nippels are installed in each cage. 2 of them
have the microcups, the last nipples have the doubled mobility and the dropcatchers. The height of drinking line is regulated
according to the chicken age.

Feeding System
The economical results of broilers growing depend on preciseness and effectiveness of feeding system. The feeding system in cages
is the same as the one used while broilers growing on the floor.
It consist of:
– Outside silo
– Spiral transporter
– Spiral feed distributor
– Cup alike feeder
Outside silo is used for putting and keeping of dry mixed feed. The
feed goes to the screening bunker from the outside silo by means of
spring plastic transporter. Then the feed goes to feedline bunker of
longitudinal spiral feeding line.
The longitudinal spiral system of feed distribution includes the steel
spiral in galvanized pipe, which serves for mixed feed transporting
from the feedline bunker into the round or oval feeder. The spiral feed
distribution allows using of non-granulated feed.
The spiral feed distribution is located on the adjustable level, which
is reachable for bird at different periods of its raising. The feeders are
fastened at the spiral feed distribution pipe in an articulated way. It
prevents appearing of pressure sores.
The feeder is made of super-solid, environmentally friendly material. Construction of the feeder enables controlling the amount of
feed, which comes from the longitudinal system into the feeder, and regulating the amount of feed depending on the birds’ age. The
innovation enabled significant enlarging of feeding front in the cage.

Manure Evacuation System
TEXHA’s manure evacuation system enables fast and qualitative manure removing. The drive is powerful, simple, reliable and
durable.
The longitudinal manure belts are made from polypropylene. Each
tier of the cage has its belt.
The longitudinal belts are cleaned by means of scrapers, which are
made from wear-resistant material. The scrapers provide quick and
qualitative manure removal and its gathering onto the diametrical
transporter. Manure removal is done with electric engine from
all tiers at the same time. Manure is removed by the inclined
transporter and loaded on the vehicle.
The humidity in poultry house is under *5 % during manure
removing process. Timely cleaning and appropriate manure
consistence don’t let the excessive ammonia evaporation and high
humidity level. It helps creating a good climate in poultry house.
